The Powell House Project in conjunction with the D.C. Department of Employment
Services (DOES) is a year round after-school/summer program providing enrichment
activities and work-readiness skills for youth and young adults in Washington, DC
between the ages of 14-24. Our overall mission is to provide youth with academic,
leadership and life skill tools to successfully graduate from high school and college, obtain
employment to sustain the family and give back to the community.
